How do I upload a Podcast from an iPhone?

From a Windows PC

1. Connect your phone to your PC and open iTunes
2. Click the cellphone icon in the top left corner of iTunes
3. Select "File Sharing" under "Settings"
4. Select "Spoon" under "Apps"
5. Select "Add File" or drag the audio file you want to upload into "Spoon Documents." The audio must be an m4a or mp3 file, less than 100 MB, and at least 30 seconds long.
6. Return to Spoon on your phone. Press the orange "+" at the top of the screen > Podcast> Upload > Select the audio file you want to upload as Podcast
7. Write a title for your Podcast, select a photo and some relevant hashtags (bottom left corner), then post!

From a Mac

1. Connect your phone to your Mac.
2. In the "Finder" on your Mac, select your phone in the sidebar.
3. Select "Files" and find Spoon.
4. Drag the audio file you want to upload to "Spoon" - the audio file should be automatically transferred to your phone.
5. The audio must be an m4a or mp3 file, less than 100 MB, and at least 30 seconds long.
6. Return to Spoon on your phone. Press the orange "+" at the top of the screen > Podcast> Upload > Select the audio file you want to upload as Podcast
7. Write a title for your Podcast, select a photo and some relevant hashtags (bottom left corner), then post!
